We are Raymond Wallis and David Wyatt and have been successful partners
in the restaurant business for 17 years, having owned 3 restuarants between
us.
In 2002 we agreed to follow our dream to retire in Spain and in 2003,
after viewing various properties we found what we considered to be the
ideal, although somewhat rundown, cortijo situated on the outskirts of
a quiet village.
We spent the next two years renovating the property and it was during
this period that we began to feel that we should share the delights of
this location with others, who, whilst not wishing to live in Spain, may
wish to enjoy either summer or winter holiday breaks in delightful self
catering accommodation. So the two apartments were conceived and developed.
The lower apartment is more like a little self contained villa as it is
not actually connected to the house.
Our experience in the restuarant business has given us a level of customer service second to none and has also, of course, been invaluable in catering for our guests.
Even though the accommodation is listed as self catering we are always pleased to be able to offer our guests top quality meals prepared on the premises.
In addition to catering we are also able to assist our guests in arranging holiday activities which include quad bike adventure days, skiing and snowboarding days (including instruction), birdwatching and walking trips and, especially for the ladies, shopping trips. If there are any other activities you wish to partake in please ask and we shall do our best to arrange them for you.
